Job Summary
Provide virtual urgent care to patients across the lifespan with a focus on high-volume care delivery, leveraging telemedicine to diagnose, treat, and manage conditions; deliver comprehensive care plans, interpret tests, and coordinate referrals while working in a remote-first environment that supports evenings and weekends; requires active multi-state licensure, multiple state licenses, and strong collaboration within an integrated medical practice.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Master’s or Doctoral-level Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program
- Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license with RN licensure
- Current national certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner through AANP or ANCC
- Active RN compact license
- Active multi-state licensure (5+ licenses preferred)
- Minimum 3+ years post-training experience in high-volume Urgent Care or Primary Care settings
- Experience providing care to newborns through adult populations
- Ability to function within an integrated medical practice
- Strong clinical acumen and ability to manage a broad range of conditions
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and patient engagement skills
- Proficiency with technology and electronic medical records
- Maintain active Medicare status - In good standing with Medicare/Medicaid and not excluded from participation in federal health programs
