Job Summary
Deliver virtual comprehensive urgent/primary care to patients across age ranges from newborns to adults in a remote-first, high-volume setting. The role requires board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with multiple-state licensure, strong clinical skills, and proficiency with EMR/telemedicine to provide integrated care, collaborate with providers, and support patient engagement. 40-hour workweek with option for modified full-time, competitive compensation around $123K/year plus equity/benefits, and a focus on delivering accessible virtual care.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Master’s or Doctoral-level Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program, with prior graduation from an accredited nursing school
- Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license with maintained Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
- Current national certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner through AANP or ANCC
- Active RN compact license
- Active multi-state licensure (5+ licenses preferred)
- Minimum 3+ years post-training experience in high-volume Urgent Care or Primary Care settings
- Experience providing care to newborns through adult populations
- Ability to function within an integrated medical practice
- Strong clinical acumen and ability to manage a broad range of conditions
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and patient engagement skills
- Proficiency with technology and electronic medical records
- Maintain active Medicare status - In good standing with Medicare/Medicaid and not excluded from participation in federal health programs
- Preferred: Prior telemedicine or video-based virtual care experience
- Experience with Athena EMR
