Job Summary
Deliver virtual comprehensive urgent/primary care to patients across ages in a remote-first environment; provide age-appropriate history and virtual exams, diagnose and treat a broad range of conditions, develop treatment plans, order/interpret diagnostics, and coordinate care with specialists while maintaining multi-state licensure and Medicare status. Requires 3+ years in high-volume urgent or primary care, active FNP, RN, and multi-state licenses; may involve evening/weekend shifts and flexible scheduling across Part-Time to Full-Time options.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Master’s or Doctoral-level Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program, with prior graduation from an accredited nursing school
- Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license with maintained Registered Nurse (RN) licensure, in accordance with state requirements
- Current national certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner through AANP or ANCC
- Active RN compact license
- Active multi-state licensure (5+ licenses preferred)
- Minimum 3+ years post-training experience in high-volume Urgent Care or Primary Care settings
- Experience providing care to newborns through adult populations
- Ability to function within an integrated medical practice
- Strong clinical acumen and ability to manage a broad range of conditions
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and patient engagement skills
- Proficiency with technology and electronic medical records
- Maintain active Medicare status - In good standing with Medicare/Medicaid and not excluded from participation in federal health programs
