Job Summary
Deliver virtual comprehensive urgent/primary care to patients across ages from Vermont with a remote-friendly, 40-hours-per-week schedule; role requires board-certified FNP with multiple-state licensure, active NP/RN licenses, and 3+ years in high-volume urgent/primary care; location supports telemedicine across states with a remote-first culture and comprehensive benefits including PTO, parental leave, surrogacy/fertility coverage, and home-office reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Master’s or Doctoral-level Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program, with prior graduation from an accredited nursing school
- Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license with maintained Registered Nurse (RN) licensure, in accordance with state requirements
- Current national certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner through AANP or ANCC
- Active RN compact license
- Active multi-state licensure (5+ licenses preferred)
- Minimum 3+ years post-training experience in high-volume Urgent Care or Primary Care settings
- Experience providing care to newborns through adult populations
- Ability to function within an integrated medical practice
- Strong clinical acumen and ability to manage a broad range of conditions
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and patient engagement skills
- Proficiency with technology and electronic medical records
- Maintain active Medicare status - In good standing with Medicare/Medicaid and not excluded from participation in federal health programs
