Job Summary
Facilitate and coordinate safe, comprehensive care for all patients presenting to the Urgent Care Center while assuming accountability for a designated group of patients. Utilize the nursing process, including therapeutic use of self, to provide direct patient care within a multidisciplinary team. Assist in the development and operations of the Cooper Urgent Care Center, focusing on acute and immediate care needs in Cherry Hill and surrounding areas. Requires three years of emergency nursing experience, a current New Jersey RN license, and BLS/ACLS certification. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Responsible for the facilitation and coordination of safe and comprehensive care to all patients presenting to the Urgent Care Center
- assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of patients for a designated time frame
- provides care to these patients utilizing the nursing process

- 3 Years of Emergency Nursing Experience
- Graduate of NLN accredited School of Nursing
- Current New Jersey license as a Registered Nurse
- Current BLS and ACLS certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
