Urgent Care Manager

Urgent Care Manager to lead one of ForHealth's Urgent Care Clinics in Maitland, NSW. The role combines clinical leadership with operational oversight and workforce coordination to ensure safe, efficient, patient-centered urgent care delivery. Responsibilities include day-to-day operations, equipment and facilities management, recruitment and rostering, payroll accuracy, staff training and development, optimization of patient flow and triage processes, compliance with UCC standards and governance, incident and risk management, billing queries and supplier/site reporting, and building partnerships with hospitals, PHNs, GPs and community partners. The position requires on-site leadership with the ability to work evenings and weekends, and is suitable for a Registered Nurse or Paramedic with AHPRA registration and leadership experience or progression from ANUM/Clinical Coordinator roles.
