Urgent Care Manager

Urgent Care Manager opportunity leading a high-performing Urgent Care Clinic in Australia. The role combines clinical leadership, operational oversight and workforce coordination with a focus on safe, efficient, patient-centered urgent care delivery. Responsibilities include day-to-day operations, equipment and facilities management, recruitment and rostering, payroll coordination, staff training and development, patient flow optimization, adherence to clinical governance and quality standards, incident/risk management, and liaison with hospitals and local partners. The ideal candidate is an Registered Nurse or Paramedic with current AHPRA registration, at least 3 years of direct clinical experience in urgent care or related fields, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work evenings/weekends when required. The position involves hands-on clinical leadership with protected non-clinical management time, a hybrid of leadership responsibilities and on-site clinical duties, and offers competitive remuneration with leadership responsibilities. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Somerville, Victoria, Australia, with no overnight shifts and supportive leadership networks.
