Job Summary
Urgent care fellowship program for Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants. 40h/week (includes weekends), 6-month fellowship with $104,000 annual compensation plus benefits. Provides curated educational experience, mentorship, didactics, clinical rounds, proctored clinical shifts, and opportunities for full-time or part-time employment after program completion. Responsibilities include delivering acute care in urgent care settings: physical exams, diagnoses, treatment plans, ordering/interpreting X-rays, labs, EKGs, triage, regional anesthesia, minor procedures (wound care, I&D, cast/splint application), fracture reductions of fingers/toes, and orthopedic immobilization. Requirements: PA with medical/master’s degree and state license plus national certification; NP with RN license, NP certification, and state license. Must be willing to obtain DOT and BLS certifications prior to start.
