Job Summary
Urgent Care Fellowship for new graduates (NP or PA) to launch an acute care career. 40h/week including weekends; fellowship offers structured education, mentorship, clinical rounds, proctored shifts, and advancement opportunities. Fellows receive a $104,000 annual salary with benefits, with potential for full-time or part-time roles after completion; program length is 6 months. Fellows will perform urgent care responsibilities including triage, examinations, interpretation of x-rays/labs/EKGs, regional anesthesia, minor procedures (I&D, wound management, fracture reductions), orthopedic bracing, and other diagnostic/therapeutic activities within urgent care. Requirements include a Master’s degree for PA (Medical/Master’s and state license with national certification) or RN license + NP certification for NP track; must obtain DOT and BLS certifications prior to start.
