Urgent Care Enrolled Nurse

Enrolled Nurse in ForHealth’s Urgent Care Service provides nursing support for urgent conditions in collaboration with Registered Nurses. Responsibilities include a balanced mix of administrative tasks (Medicare billing, accurate coding, meticulous documentation) and hands-on clinical care (administering medications, wound care, plastering, patient education) to ensure high-quality, safe patient care. Requires current AHPRA registration, availability evenings and weekends, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Minimum experience signals include 3 years as a Primary Care/General practice nurse OR 2 years in an Emergency Department/similar setting OR 3 years in Medical/Surgical/Orthopaedics or similar acute care areas. Strong communication, attention to detail, and commitment to patient-centred care are essential. No overnight shifts are required, and opportunities for career development and training are offered.
