Urgent Care Clinical Therapist (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC) - Full Time - Rockville Centre, NY

Urgent Care Clinical Therapist provides on-site and remote direct mental health therapy to pediatric patients (ages 5–26) and adults within an integrated multidisciplinary urgent care setting. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, discharge planning, and documenting within 48 hours of visits; participate in clinical team meetings; utilize standardized tools (PHQ9, GAD7) to identify needs and guide treatment; engage with families and staff to promote services and coordinate referrals to PM Mental Health or other services; operate across onsite locations (Riverdale, Mamaroneck, Forest Hills, Syosset, Selden) with both in-person and remote service delivery; possess excellent communication, crisis intervention, and short-term counseling skills; require independent licensure in the state of practice. Compensation range: $70,000–$85,000, with locality and experience influencing actual pay; EEO statement included.
