Job Summary
Oversee operations of AFC urgent care center in Saugus; lead and develop Medical Assistants, Receptionists, and X-Ray Technologists; manage daily operations, staffing, recruitment; monitor KPIs such as patient volume, wait times, and patient satisfaction; ensure HIPAA and OSHA compliance; manage budgets and payroll; partner with providers and regional leadership to drive clinic success and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and patient-centered care.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of healthcare management or supervisory experience.
