Job Summary
Oversee operational, financial, and team performance of AFC urgent care center in Saugus. Lead Medical Assistants, Receptionists, and X-Ray Technologists across clinic locations; foster a positive, high-performing culture focused on patient care and accountability. Manage recruiting, onboarding, training, and retention; ensure efficient patient flow, staffing alignment, and adherence to AFC standards. Analyze KPIs (patient volume, wait times, patient satisfaction, productivity, staffing metrics), manage budgets and payroll, and drive action plans to improve operational and financial outcomes. Maintain compliance with HIPAA and OSHA, support quality improvement, and communicate performance results to regional leadership. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; proficient in scheduling, payroll, and EMR systems (Experity) with ability to obtain BLS certification if needed. Evening/weekend coverage and occasional float may be required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of healthcare management or supervisory experience.
- Experience managing teams in urgent care, outpatient, ambulatory care, or similar healthcare settings.
- Active BLS certification or ability to obtain within the designated onboarding period.
- Proficiency with scheduling, payroll, and workforce management systems.
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR), particularly Experity.
