Job Summary
Clinic Manager responsible for the overall operational, financial, and team performance of AFC's urgent care center in Malden. Oversees day-to-day operations, staff development for Medical Assistants, Receptionists, and X-Ray Technologists, ensures regulatory compliance (HIPAA/OSHA), manages budgets and KPIs, drives patient flow and service quality, and partners with providers and regional leadership to achieve business objectives. Lead performance evaluations, recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention; monitor labor costs; ensure adherence to AFC standards; support quality improvement and safe environment; communicate results to regional leadership; multi-site coordination and stakeholder collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of healthcare management or supervisory experience
- Experience managing teams in urgent care, outpatient, ambulatory care, or similar healthcare settings
- Active BLS certification or ability to obtain within the designated onboarding period
- Proficiency with scheduling, payroll, and workforce management systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
