Job Summary
Versatile 1st shift Production Floater in the Resin Prep/Molding area at the Urethane facility. Primary responsibility is to be trained to work in multiple areas based on production needs, including metal prep, operating the CMEC machine, grinding operations, manual and line trim, and urethane molding. Provides essential support by filling in across departments to maintain workflow, ensure product quality, and meet production goals. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
