Job Summary
Conduct daily cycle counts of garments, trigger specific counts, and process damages while maintaining a safe, organized, and secure warehouse environment. Align products within the distribution center, label items as needed, and perform general inventory research to meet units per hour targets. Operate warehouse equipment safely using pallet jacks and box cutters, and assist in various departments as required by the supervisor. This role requires standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in a fast-paced setting. Shifts include Sunday through Saturday hours from 7:00am to 5:30pm.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school degree or GED
- Knowledge of RF scanner
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Dependable, ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and efficiency skills
- Work well under pressure and time constraints
- Maintain acceptable attendance and must be able to work overtime as required
- Able to stand and walk for considerable distance throughout a shift
- Climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl for extended periods
- Reach, pull, push, and lift freight and other objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights up to 50 pounds
- Operate warehouse equipment safely as required for the position (i.e. pallet jack, box cutter, carts) which requires coordinated movements
