Urbandale Team Leader

Team Leader is responsible for day-to-day team leading, training, and coaching while maintaining company values, policies, culture, and brand standards at all times. Responsibilities include coaching and developing staff, ensuring safety procedures and policy adherence, delivering excellent customer service, leading the team in the absence of the Site Leader, driving sales and loyalty programs, maintaining a clean and safe site, ensuring equipment functioning, and communicating issues to leadership. Requires strong organizational and time management skills, ability to work outdoors in all weather, and willingness to work 40 hours per week including weekends and holidays. High school diploma or equivalent preferred; related management experience and excellent verbal/written communication skills are noted as desirable.
