Job Summary
Team Leader responsible for coaching and training staff, leading in the absence of Site Leader, ensuring safety and brand standards, and delivering high levels of customer service. Responsibilities include enforcing company policies and safety procedures, developing team members, maintaining site appearance and equipment, driving sales and loyalty programs, responding to fluctuations in workload, and performing duties as directed by leadership. Must demonstrate strong organizational and time-management skills, communicate effectively, work outdoors in all weather, and be able to stand for extended periods while handling physical tasks such as lifting up to 40 pounds. Focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences while upholding safety and operational guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Related management experience preferred
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and seasons
- Be on your feet for extended periods of time
- Physically able to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, reach, step to perform job duties
- Ability to carry up to 40 pounds short distances
- Willingness to work 40 hours per week including weekends and holidays
