Job Summary
Assist Site Leader with day-to-day operations of the car wash, driving sales and profitability, coaching and developing staff, ensuring safety, quality and brand standards, and leading in the Site Leader’s absence. Deliver excellent customer service, manage cash handling, rostered duties, and maintain site presentation and equipment reliability while adhering to procedures and safety guidelines. Eligible for cash/digital tips and quarterly bonus opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Related management experience preferred
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Be on your feet for extended periods of time
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and seasons
- Willing to work minimum of 40 hours per week including weekends and holidays
- Physically able to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, reach, step to perform job duties
- Ability to carry up to 40 pounds short distances
- Alert and able to maneuver around moving vehicles and equipment
