Job Summary
Provide personal care and ADL support to residents in a Lifespark Senior Living Community (Brooklyn Park, MN). Responsibilities include assisting with daily routines, self-administration of medications under supervision, transfers and positioning, feeding and meal assistance, bathing, bowel/bladder care, ROM exercises, and transporting residents to dining areas. Maintain safety, document care in medical charts, communicate status to the next shift, respond to emergencies, and uphold resident rights and facility policies. Part-time AM shifts (7am-3pm) with every-other-weekend rotation; wage range $19-$24 per hour with shift differential ($1 evenings, $2 noc) and opportunities for wage growth through annual reviews.
Required Qualifications
