Job Summary
Lead your sales team daily by modeling brand values, managing training needs, and driving departmental results through complex problem-solving. Execute active participation in the department manager's tasks, including sales presentations, stock building, and staff development. Deliver first-class customer service by creating positive contacts and expanding the customer base using new technology. Perform store maintenance duties, overseeing basic cleaning of floors, rooms, glass, and windows, as well as removing larger items. Work independently and focused on best possible results while supporting the in-store VM team to create an authentic brand experience.
