Uphold mystery shop standards and act as a positive role model to peers by being respectful and helpful. Work productively within the team to take initiative on collaborative goals, actively participate in daily and department meetings, and assist in training and development of peers. Demonstrate proficiency in job knowledge including tills, shipment tasks, and fitting room guidelines while processing new shipments and keeping receiving and back stock areas clean and organized. Assist in timely completion of weekly tasks such as markdowns, re-tickets, transfers, and RTVs, and ensure merchandise is ticketed and the sales floor is well stocked. Exhibit familiarity with current product and trend awareness while adhering to all company health and safety regulations and loss prevention guidelines.
