Job Summary
Formulate style and customer choice guidelines based on business analysis, then monitor weekly sales to manage inventory receipts with the buyer and Senior Planner. Develop markdown strategies using sell-through percent and planned product life span, while creating style-level and color-level plans that account for forecasts, historic trends, and risk parameters. Manage inventory levels to support sale rates, working in synergy with the Buyer and Allocation Analyst toward common merchandise area goals.
Required Qualifications
- Expert command of retail math concepts and applications
- Strong statistical analysis skills
