Job Summary
Lead daily store operations by setting an energetic pace, communicating sales goals, and maintaining zone needs while acting as a brand representative. Facilitate floor service, deliver seamless omni-channel experiences using available tools, and execute shipment processing and restocking to uphold visual standards. Support new hires through orientation and training, provide performance feedback to leadership, and ensure safety, inventory accuracy, and policy compliance. Collaborate with management on opening/closing procedures and active participation in daily meetings and store initiatives.
