Job Summary
Conduct daily store operations by setting an energetic pace, communicating sales goals, and leading floor service initiatives. Uphold brand values through genuine customer connections, utilizing tools like MPOS and POS to deliver seamless omni-channel experiences. Execute opening and closing procedures, manage shipment processing and restocking, and maintain visual display standards while ensuring inventory accuracy. Support new hire onboarding, provide performance feedback to leadership, and actively participate in daily meetings and store initiatives. Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet store needs.
