Job Summary
Lead daily store operations by setting an energetic pace, communicating sales goals, and facilitating zone needs while maintaining visual standards and display accuracy. Act as a brand representative to deliver seamless omni-channel experiences using MPOS and POS tools, ensuring timely processing of shipments and restocking. Uphold safety standards and inventory accuracy while actively listening to customer feedback to improve interactions. Support new hire onboarding, provide performance feedback to leadership, and contribute to daily meetings and store initiatives. Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet store needs.
