Job Summary
Lead store operations by setting an energetic pace to drive sales through genuine customer connections and uphold brand values. Facilitate daily sales goals, communicate key metrics, and act as a floor service leader while prioritizing service over tasks. Execute opening and closing procedures, manage shipment processing, restocking, and product placement to maintain visual standards and inventory accuracy. Support new hire onboarding, provide performance feedback, and ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies. Collaborate with management to execute store initiatives and maintain omni-channel order processing.
