Job Summary
Lead daily store operations by setting an energetic pace, communicating sales goals, and managing zone needs as a floor service leader. Uphold brand values through genuine customer connections, utilizing tools like MPOS and POS to deliver a seamless omni-channel experience. Execute opening and closing procedures, process shipments, restock inventory, and maintain visual display standards while ensuring safety and inventory accuracy. Support new hires in orientation, provide performance feedback, and actively participate in daily meetings and store initiatives.
