Job Summary
Drive a service culture by interpreting customer feedback to improve interactions and acting as a brand representative for engaging visual experiences. Lead the team as a floor service leader, guiding engagement in each zone and prioritizing customer experience to meet store objectives. Facilitate thorough onboarding for new hires, provide specific feedback for development, and support recruiting while maintaining daily opening and closing procedures. Collaborate on shipment processing, restocking, and product placement to ensure visual standards and accurate omni-channel order processing. Adhere to safety standards, inventory accuracy, and company policies to support store profitability. Contribute to an inclusive environment by amplifying diverse perspectives and sharing product knowledge, trends, and brand messaging with the team.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years store leadership experience
- Strong merchant skills and a history of delivering financial results
- Proven record of developing great talent
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store, including nights, weekends, and holidays
