Job Summary
The Urban Farmer position at MicroHabitat involves implementing urban agriculture projects, managing production areas, and conducting educational activities with a multicultural clientele. Required Qualifications
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in agriculture/urban agriculture/horticulture/environmental science/sustainable development (flexibility on this point).
- Must have worked or studied in the fields of agriculture, horticulture, urban agriculture, or sustainable development.
- Have theoretical and practical knowledge of agriculture, urban agriculture, or horticulture.
- Be experienced and comfortable using technology, including smartphones, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and video conferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet).
- Have strong writing and speaking skills.
- Hold a valid driver’s license.
- Have two years of experience driving vehicles.
- Own an activated and functional smartphone.
- Be an American resident.
