Required Qualifications
- Over 3 years of UK experience in an architectural or urban design practice, focusing on residential and mixed-use projects
- Master's degree in urban design, preferably with an architectural background; other relevant backgrounds considered based on portfolio and experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative design and graphic skills
- Exceptional communication skills for effective teamwork
- Confidence in correspondence with clients and stakeholders
- Have efficient problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, AutoCAD, and/or SketchUp for rendering and visualisation
- Excellent hand-drawing skills
- Outstanding time management, with the ability to handle workload around tight deadlines
