Job Summary
Lead design direction for urban design and landscape architecture projects; drive design leadership within a multi-disciplinary practice; develop and articulate design concepts, manage the design process, and collaborate with planners, architects, engineers, and business development professionals. Present design visions internally and to clients, oversee workshops and conceptual development, and ensure delivery of complex civic-focused projects. Requires US licensure in landscape architecture, a bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture or urban design, and significant design leadership experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and at least one 3D modeling/rendering platform (e.g., Revit, Rhino, SketchUp) is expected, along with strong communication and organizational skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or Urban Design
- 6 years of relevant professional design experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience/education
- Professional landscape architecture license within the US
