Uptown- Shift lead

Oversee store operations by directing employees, managing daily sales goals and labor, and ensuring quality product delivery. Handle opening and closing procedures, resolve guest complaints, and troubleshoot issues independently. Maintain organized books, process POS tasks including refunds and pay-outs, and ensure a clean, safe work environment. Key holders of the store, you will delegate tasks, hold the team accountable to standards, and accept orders while adhering to health and safety protocols. Scheduled for opening and/or closing shifts, this role supports the growth of the Clean Juice brand.
