Upscale Retirement Community Mobile Security Officer

Job Summary
Respond to calls for service to preserve order and protect property and residents within the upscale retirement community. Conduct foot patrols and check lodges, roadways, property lines, the sports complex, and ponds. Act as a liaison between fire, EMS, or law enforcement to ensure resident safety. Issue citations for after-hours vehicle parking and work with local law enforcement to remove trespassers. Periodically patrol the trail system using a bicycle or motorized golf cart. Maintain a clean, professional appearance and diffuse hostile situations with a calm demeanor while writing detailed incident reports. Full-time and part-time shifts available in Lincoln, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Customer service experience

- follow chain of command procedures in the event of an emergency
- Must have Current BSIS CA Guard Card License
- Current CPR Certification

- Have a valid CA driver's license

- Authorized to work in the United States
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Language
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
