Required Qualifications
- 2–10 years of hands-on experience specifically in UPS and critical power systems
- Genuine field service background — hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs
- Proficient with hand tools and test equipment for maintenance and repairs
- Strong verbal and written communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently with resourcefulness and initiative
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and on-call as needed
- Physically capable of repeated bending and lifting up to 100 lbs
- Clean driving record
