Job Summary
Upper Extremities Sales Associate in Jacksonville, FL, supporting Stryker’s Upper Extremities products through close partnership with Sales Representatives, case coverage in the assigned territory, and hands-on education of surgeons, nurses, and staff on product usage and updates. Responsibilities include assisting with surgeries to ensure product availability, promoting products and portfolio updates, building sets and managing inventory, identifying sales opportunities, executing field calls, processing customer POs for invoicing, and contributing to sales plans to meet quotas. Requires traveling up to ~40% within the territory and remote/alternate-work arrangements, with training and coverage in Orlando/South Florida. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree or medical certification (e.g., CST, PT, CPT) with relevant experience, or a High School Diploma with substantial related experience; strong customer service, product knowledge, and regulatory/compliance awareness (AdvaMed) are valued.
Required Qualifications
