Job Summary
Upper Extremities Sales Associate based in Hartford, CT to partner with Sales Representatives in learning the medical device industry and grow the Upper Extremities business in the assigned territory. Responsible for supporting sales calls, covering surgeries, promoting products, educating clinicians on product use and updates, building inventory/set configurations, processing POs, and helping tailor promotional messages to customers. Requires field-based activities, travel (~10%), and collaboration to meet and exceed quotas, with ongoing training and adherence to regulatory and company policies. Must understand product functionality and differentiators, stay current on industry and competitive trends, and participate in sales meetings and external professional events.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree OR Associate’s degree or Medical Certification (e.g. CST, PT, CPT, etc.) + at least 2 years of professional and/or related experience
- High School Diploma + at least 4 years of professional and/or related experience
- 4+ years of active duty military service
