Job Summary

Cover cases in the assigned Naples to Sarasota territory, marketing and promoting Stryker Upper Extremities products while building sets and managing inventory. Attend surgeries to ensure product availability and instruct surgeons on functionality, then educate doctors and staff on proper use, maintenance, and portfolio updates. Partner with Sales Representatives to identify prospects, tailor promotional messages, and answer questions distinguishing Stryker offerings from competitors. Perform field calls, assist in resolving account problems, process purchase orders, and help meet business targets. Maintain training in sales skills and products while adhering to regulatory compliance and AdvaMed principles.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree OR Associate's degree or Medical Certification (i.e. CST, PT, CPT, etc.)
  • at least 2 years of professional and/or related experience
  • High School Diploma
  • at least 4 years of professional and/or related experience
  • 4+ years of active duty military service
  • COVID-19 vaccination
  • accreditation and licenser requirements
