Upper Extremities Sales Associate in Boston, MA, supporting Stryker’s orthopedic device sales. The role partners with the Sales Representative to learn the medical device industry, cover cases in the assigned territory, promote products, build inventory, attend surgeries to ensure product availability and educate clinical staff on product use and maintenance. Responsibilities include educating doctors, nurses, and staff on product functionality and updates, identifying sales opportunities with customers, tailoring the promotional message to the customer, performing field calls, assisting in new sales plans and marketing strategies to position the organization, meeting and exceeding quotas with Sales Representatives, handling inventory and PO processing, and maintaining knowledge of industry trends and regulatory guidelines.
