Job Summary

Monitor and evaluate student learning, communicate regularly with families about progress, and maintain accurate records of performance. Participate in team planning, coaching, and professional development, reflecting on data to improve instructional practices. Contribute positively to the REACH school community by supporting routines and expectations. The school day runs 6:50 AM to 2:30 PM, with one day extending to 4:00 PM for staff collaboration. Benefits become available after 40 completed school days.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in a related field
- Valid New York State teaching certification or eligibility for certification
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
