Job Summary
Conduct daily pulmonary care for a robust primary care referral network within an established team of physicians and advanced practice providers. Manage patient continuity using fully integrated Epic electronic medical record systems across the health system. Join Great Lakes Physician Practice, part of UPMC's integrated health system, to serve a close-knit community in Jamestown, NY. Required Qualifications
- MD/DO from an accredited medical school
- Accredited Pulmonary Fellowship Program completion
- American Board Eligible or American Board Certified in Pulmonology
- Ability to obtain an unrestricted New York Medical License
- Ability to obtain necessary credentials
- DEA certification
