Job Summary
Conduct outpatient primary care for a robust 98,000+ patient panel within Bradford Medical Group of UPMC Hamot. Collaborate daily with two experienced APPs in a supportive, collegial environment while utilizing system-wide Epic EMR for seamless care. Manage outpatient-only call rotation of 1 in 4 to ensure real career-life integration. Access full specialty network resources at UPMC Chautauqua and UPMC Hamot for advanced diagnostics and hospital referrals. Grow pediatric patient population in practice as part of an established, thriving network of 52 board-certified physicians.
Required Qualifications
- MD/DO from an accredited medical school
- Accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Residency Program completion
- American Board Eligible or American Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Ability to obtain an unrestricted Pennsylvania Medical License
- Ability to obtain necessary credentials
- DEA certification
