Job Summary
Conduct general orthopaedic surgeries with a preference for adult reconstruction, supported by a dedicated team of seven advanced practice providers across office, OR, and hospital settings. Deliver high-quality care within a community-focused group at Lakeshore Orthopedics & Sports Medicine in Jamestown and Dunkirk, NY, with surgeries performed at UPMC Chautauqua. Collaborate with two experienced surgeons at the designated Center of Excellence for Orthopaedics while utilizing fully integrated Epic electronic medical record systems. Join a network of over 50 physicians and 20 advanced practice providers serving 12 locations, backed by administrative and business support from UPMC Hamot.
Required Qualifications
- MD/DO from an accredited medical school
- Accredited Orthopaedic Surgery Residency Program completion
- American Board Eligible or American Board Certified in Orthopaedic Surgery
- Ability to obtain an unrestricted New York Medical License
- Ability to obtain necessary credentials
- DEA certification
