Orthopaedic Surgeon to join Great Lakes Physician Practice (GLPP), part of UPMC, in Western New York. The role involves providing high-quality general orthopaedic care with a preference for adult reconstruction, collaborating with an established team of two experienced orthopaedic surgeons and seven APPs across office, OR, and hospital settings. The position supports advanced technology initiatives (robotics,Epic EMR) within a network of primary care referrals and a robust clinical infrastructure, including a Center of Excellence designation for orthopaedics and an ongoing OR renovation and radiology upgrades. The package includes a $50,000 sign-on bonus, relocation benefits, residency stipend, CME stipend, student loan repayment, PSLF eligibility, malpractice insurance, comprehensive benefits, and competitive compensation with incentive opportunities. The successful candidate will join a non-profit health system with strong ties to UPMC Hamot and the GLPP network across 12 locations in Western New York.
