Job Summary
General orthopaedic surgery position with a focus on adult reconstruction in a well-established GLPP group within UPMC. Join two experienced orthopaedic surgeons at UPMC Chautauqua in a full-time role with dedicated APP support across office, OR, and hospital settings. Robotic assistance planned with ongoing OR renovations and radiology upgrades. Requires MD/DO from an accredited medical school, completed Orthopaedic Surgery Residency, ABOS eligibility or certification, NY medical license and DEA; relocation and sign-on incentives available; PSLF eligible; comprehensive benefits. The role is based in Western New York (Jamestown and Dunkirk) with affiliation to a larger health system focused on high-quality general orthopaedic care and adult reconstruction specialization.
Required Qualifications
- MD/DO from an accredited medical school
- Accredited Orthopaedic Surgery Residency Program completion
- American Board Eligible or American Board Certified in Orthopaedic Surgery
- Fellowship training in adult reconstruction is a plus, though not a requirement
- Ability to obtain an unrestricted New York Medical License and ability to obtain necessary credentials
- DEA certification
