Job Summary
Orthopaedic Surgeon sought to join an established practice with three orthopaedic surgeons and five advanced practice providers within the UPMC Northwest network. This community-based role offers true team-based care, a focus on work-life balance with a 1:3 call, strong patient demand, and access to system-wide resources and Epic EMR. The position emphasizes collaboration, ongoing professional development (CME stipend, residency stipend dependent on immigration status), relocation support, sign-on bonus, productivity incentives, and PSLF eligibility. Candidates should be MD/DO, complete an orthopaedic surgery residency, be American Board Eligible or Certified in Orthopaedic Surgery, and be able to obtain/maintain PA licensure and DEA certification. Required Qualifications
- MD/DO from an accredited medical school
- Completed Accredited Orthopaedic Surgery Residency Program
- American Board Eligible or American Board Certified in Orthopaedic Surgery
- Adult Reconstruction Fellowship preferred, but not required
- Ability to obtain an unrestricted Pennsylvania Medical License and credentials
- DEA certification
