Job Summary
Recruiting two full-time urologists to join the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center Altoona Urology practice. The practice covers general urology, urologic oncology, female urology, and robotic surgery, with MRI fusion biopsy and transperineal prostate biopsy performed in-office, plus in-office urodynamics. The team operates with a six-weeknight call schedule (no weekend call), hospitalist admits, and access to Da Vinci XI robotic system, an Ambulatory Surgery Center, and a robust clinical environment within a 400-bed regional health system. Compensation includes competitive base salary with wRVU bonus, sign-on bonus, CME allowance, PTO, relocation reimbursement, malpractice insurance, and employer-sponsored retirement. The community emphasis highlights Altoona, PA with proximity to Penn State and related cultural and recreational opportunities.
