Job Summary
Family Medicine physician needed in Jamestown, NY to join GLPP/UPMC with a large, established team. Outpatient-only role with outpatient call responsibilities, affiliated with UPMC Hamot and GLPP. Comprehensive and enhanced compensation package includes $50K sign-on, educational loan repayment, CME stipend, relocation assistance, PSLF eligibility, malpractice insurance, and robust benefits. Practice within a fully integrated Epic EMR environment, serving 10K+ patient lives with APP support and coordination across a multi-physician group. Ideal candidate is ABFM-board eligible/board certified, and capable of obtaining NY medical licensure and DEA certification. Required Qualifications
- MD/DO from an accredited medical school
- Accredited Family Medicine Residency Program completion
- American Board Eligible or American Board Certified in Family Medicine
- Ability to obtain an unrestricted New York Medical License
- DEA certification
