Job Summary
Family Medicine Physician to join GLPP/UPMC in Western New York; outpatient clinic with seven physicians and two APPs serving 10K+ patient lives, outpatient call only for work-life balance, fully integrated Epic EMR, and affiliation with a large health system. Offers a robust compensation package including a $50K sign-on, relocation assistance, loan repayment, CME stipend, PSLF eligibility, and comprehensive benefits. Requires MD/DO, Family Medicine residency, NY license, and Board eligibility/certification. J-1/H-1B visa sponsorship available for 2027 and beyond.
Required Qualifications
- MD/DO from an accredited medical school
- Accredited Family Medicine Residency Program completion
- American Board Eligible or American Board Certified in Family Medicine
- Ability to obtain an unrestricted New York Medical License and ability to obtain necessary credentials
- DEA certification
