Job Summary
Family Medicine Physician sought for an outpatient practice in Western New York (Jamestown) affiliated with UPMC GLPP. Join an established team (seven physicians and two Advanced Practice Providers) and provide outpatient care with outpatient call responsibility. Work within a fully integrated health system using Epic EMR, with affiliation to a broader UPMC network. PSLF eligible, with enhanced compensation including a $50k sign-on, loan repayment, CME stipend, relocation assistance, and physician incentives. License, board eligibility/certification in Family Medicine, and DEA are required. Residence in the Jamestown area and ability to obtain NY medical licensure are expected. The role emphasizes work-life balance through outpatient call responsibilities and collaborative care with APP support and hospital systems.
Required Qualifications
- MD/DO from an accredited medical school
- Accredited Family Medicine Residency Program completion
- American Board Eligible or American Board Certified in Family Medicine
- Ability to obtain an unrestricted New York Medical License and ability to obtain necessary credentials
- DEA certification
